Description
I have a room available in my flat since my flatmate is leaving. Its a 30m2 room with a balcony, closet, mattress, heater, etc… The house is 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning room, big balcony and 2 bathrooms. Very clean flat on a quite street.
I work 9-7pm mon – Fri so you have the house to your self all day. Iv got internet and cable tv to share. The room is 500usd per month plus about 50$ expenses give and take.
Im a really easy going guy, moved here 2 years ago from California. Working in Advertising and loving life.
