“WOW, what an apartment!! I wish I could live in it. It is even bigger than the White House” Barak Obama.
So let’s be honest now. Obama was just kidding. This apartment isn’t bigger than the White House, but I assure you that it would be hard to find a place like it on Hamra Street. Yes, I said Hamra Street, the place is located on Hamra right near Roadsters Diner 3 minute-walk to AUB and probably the same to LAU. There are 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, a big living room and one dining room. The place is FURNISHED. Everything is new, new beds, new couches, new closets, washing machine, fridge, tv, and we have air conditioning. Hot and cold water is available. So there is one available room and we are looking for a roommate. The cost of renting the room will be 470 dollars a month excluding utilities.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house but there are balconies. Moving in starts on the beginning of May.
