Seretary / Office Manager
Our client is an IT company specialized in the medical field.In order to maintain his growth in the Middle East, we are recruiting for him a secretary / Office Manager.
- You are the company's keystone, the glue that binds everyone and the first person will be approached to meet demand. With a wide range of responsibilities you are a multitasking person.
- You take care of the administrative tasks of the company
- You manage exchanges between management and teams in the Middle East
- You greet visitors, answer the phone and provide initial information to customers and prospects
- You control the logistics of projects and sales in France and the MO
- You arrange travel teams, events and appointments
- Very good skills in customer relations
- Good level in French, English and Arabic
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good skills in the use of IT tools
- An ability to work independently and in teams
- Good administrative skills (eg. Interaction with the accountant, lawyer).
