Description
For a Consultancy firm needed Operator/Admin Assistant to be responsible for the following:
1- Administrative Assistant for the GM
2- Perform general duties to include: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
3- Answer telephone and handle in an appropriate manner, meet and greet clients and visitors.
4- working hours Mon till Fri from 8:30am till 5:00pm, Sat from 8:30am till 1:00pm
Skills:
1- Fluent in Englishand Arabic
2- Organized and efficient
3- Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) in addtition for typing in English and Arabic.
4- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple task at a time.
5- Pleasant and confident with an excellent telephone manner.
