Description
The successful candidate will ideally have over 20 years experience, a minimum of 10 years GCC experience and be a graduate in Civil Engineering. A sound knowledge of MS Office and specialized Estimation software is a must and an MRICS qualification would be desirable. The successful candidate should have a commanding personality and be from a contracting background. You should have hands-on estimation experience with the ability to appraise the Tender/Technical Manager on vital tenders, detailed estimation and award. You will have prior experience of leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, Senior Estimators and Estimators of a large Tendering/Estimation department
